Refund policy

Store credit only. Returns are accepted for store credit only, up to 14 days of receiving your order.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

How to start a return
Email Rachael@thepoppylaneboutique.com to start a return. Please allow 5-7 days for us to process it.

Condition of returned items
Items must be returned in perfect condition with the tag still attached. We cannot accept items that have makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, or a cigarette smell.

Damaged items
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Final sale
All sale, discount, and marked-down items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on accessories, hats, custom hats, and trucker hats.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted up to 14 days on regular priced items.
